Making a Dragon pt.2

Part 2 of making a dragon, I’m super excited to be posting this for you!!

I’ll just get right into it, so when I left off last time I still had scales to add and a few little details and of course painting it!

First thing I had to do was finish of the scales which as I said before took forever! But totally worth the time and back pain. After that the little details were just adding tiny horns/spikes to the side of the face and once all that had set and dried it was finally time to paint!!

Obviously I won’t talk you through how I painted it because I don’t even think I could if I tried, honestly it was just a lot of trial and error then sometimes it actually worked out.

I originally wanted to paint the dragon purple but one I couldn’t find any purple paint then two I couldn’t make the right shade with blue and red. But I did manage to get a really nice shade of blue to paint it so I was happy. I also had a really nice metallic silver paint so I decided to use that on any horns or little spikes just to make them really stand out!

I just want to say this is one of the best things I have ever made and I’m so proud of this, i am so happy with how this turned out.

I need a bit of help with this one, he doesn’t have a name yet so if anyone has any suggestions I’d love to hear them!

Hope you guys have enjoyed this, see you next time
